CONSTRUCTION:  Our work was performed in conjunction with a general contractor who was renovating this lobby.  The finished product included new marble baseboards to match the existing baseboards and a highly polished 2 inch by 8 inch stained oak shelf.

CONSTRUCTION: In order to meet all building codes and regulations, retractable shelves were required here.  The finished product included a custom rug to match what was existing, marble baseboard molding, a retractable oak/Formica shelf, wallpaper to match the existing, and new recessed lighting.

CONSTRUCTION: Not wanting to repaper the lobby, the board decided to utilize the opening left after the old mailboxes were removed.  This Formica laminated cabinet was made slightly oversized in order to incorporate an existing lobby console table into the installation.
