Custom made stainless steel intercom/camera unit for service entrance.  Special stainless steel in-wall camera for garage, Sony 12" monitor(pictured), switcher, linear wireless system. 

CONSTRUCTION:  Academy installed a new closed circuit surveillance system for this building featuring cameras to cover the garage and service entrances and a secondary intercom system to allow conversation and door control to the service entrance, enhancing security to these perimeter areas.  A special wireless remote control system with "door open" alert was provided for the lobby door when the doorman is away form his desk.

EQUIPMENT USED: A Sony Camera inside a protective housing was mounted on both sides of the ADA approved door.  This enables the doorman to see who is coming and going through the handicap entrance. 

CONSTRUCTION:  With the new ADA laws becoming a part of life for all of us, entrances that are ADA friendly are in many instances, very unsecure.   At the Coliseum Apartments (the 1200 unit co-op pictured), in order to insure security both a CCTV security system and a Corby data chip access control system were installed.

Pan, tilt, and zoom on the 2 exterior cameras. 
16 camera muliplexer. 

CONSTRUCTION:  Academy installed a camera surveillance system covering both elevators, the roof patio, and the rear court yard of the building.  The two cameras in the front were installed on rotating scanners while one of the two included the ability to zoom, pan, and tilt.  All wiring in public areas was concealed and all exterior wiring was run inside of aluminum electrical pipe.  All cameras are continuously recorded using a 16 camera multiplexer and a one week time lapse recorder.

EQUIPMENT USED:  Custom built, lighted board stainless steel intercom panel with Aiphone 2321 handset style units.

CONSTRUCTION:  Academy installed an all new self diagnosing intercom system for the building.  In addition, Academy installed a completely new master antenna system with hook ups to the system for all apartments.  A closed circuit camera was installed to tie in to the master antenna system to provide surveillance within the tenants apartments via channel 6 on their television sets.

EQUIPMENT USED:  CVC - 75 Pinhole camera mounted behind the intercom panel, custom made stainless steel corner enclosure camera, Toshiba 168 hour time lapse recorder, JVC quad generator, Sony 12" monitor.

CONSTRUCTION:  Academy furnished a completely new closed circuit surveillance system with monitoring and recording capability to maximize the building security and allow for increased peace of mind for all residents.  A pinhole camera was mounted behind the lobby panel to allow visitor recognition and coverage of the entire lobby area.

EQUIPMENT USED:  Four Sony "stealth" cameras with 2.9 mm wide angle, low light lenses inside the lobby and each entrance.
Four JVC 1/3 "CCD" cameras mounted inside a rotating housing throughout the garage entrance.
One 168 hour Sony time lapse recorder.
One 13" Sony Monitor.
One Robot 16 camera multiplexer. 

CONSTRUCTION:  This system was designed to record all activity inside each vestibule  and inside the garage.  No one could enter or exit the complex without being photographed.  As an addition, each tenants television, whether with cable or with a master antenna, can view the lobby from a pre-set channel.
