CONSTRUCTION:  Academy designed and installed a complete new vandal proof and water resistant intercom panel on the exterior of the building that was incorporated into the existing intercom system for the 24 residents.

CONSTRUCTION:  Academy designed and installed an all new, self diagnosing intercom system featuring a stainless steel panel for the doorman with a handset for private conversation, and all new handset style intercom units for the 64 residents of the building.  Academy utilized the existing building wiring, saving a large expense to the building and keeping installation time to a minimum.

CONSTRUCTION:  Academy designed and installed a new exterior, solid brass intercom panel for this building and wired it to work in conjunction with the existing apartment intercom units.

EQUIPMENT USED:  Custom Built Solid Brass Exterior Intercom Panel.

CONSTRUCTION:  Academy worked with the special landmark requirements of this building to design and install a special all solid brass, 55 family intercom panel with a time delay between the exterior and interior panel so residents will only need to "buzz in" visitors once to allow entry through both doors.  A special molding was designed for wiring to avoid any damage to the building facade.
