«Doorman's or Concierge Switchboard - Contains a 32 character read-out which identifies the caller calling down, and any technical alarms (smoke, fire, panic ,etc.) which may occur.

Fire Alarm System - Early warning is the key to protecting both property and lives in the case of fire.  The ability to monitor the smoke alarm in each apartment is built into every new digital intercom system.  Should any alarm sound, the building staff, which is your first line of defense, will be the first to know.

Burglar Alarm - Every alarm, new or existing, can be tied into the intercom system and be monitored by the building staff.

Panic or Help Alarm - Hopefully it will never be used, however as the population ages, the likelihood that it will be used increases. Each apartment is supplied with the alarm circuit and one emergency push button.  The system can then be  expanded by each tenant to include pull cords in the bathroom or bedroom or  a wireless pendent to be carried around the neck or on a key chain.
