INTERCOM TYPE:  All solid polished brass interior and exterior 16 button panels / 15 Aiphone #2321 handsets.

CONSTRUCTION:  Academy designed and installed new, all solid, polished brass intercom panels on both the interior and the exterior of the building.  These panels were built to resist weather, water, and wear and tear.  They were specially modified to work with residents newly installed handset style intercom units.

INTERCOM TYPE:  All solid polished brass interior and exterior button panels.

CONSTRUCTION: Academy designed and installed an all solid polished brass exterior intercom panel with weather and water resistance.  A new lockset and door opener was installed and connected to allow residents to "buzz in" visitors from their apartments in conjunction with the new panel.

INTERCOM TYPE: Custom designed solid brass speaker panel.
CONSTRUCTION: Academy worked with the buildings Landmark requirements and installed an all solid, polished brass intercom panel on the exterior of the building.

INTERCOM TYPE: Custom built Applecore stainless steel interior and exterior pannels and Aiphone 2422 handsets style intercom units in each apartment.

CONSTRUCTION: Academy designed and installed new stainless steel panels on the exterior and in the vestibule of the building with a special time delay between doors to meet the needs of the building.  After seeing how well the new panels looked and worked with the existing units, the management and Board of the building decided to have Academy install all new units in all the apartments in the building.
