EQUIPMENT USED:  Lee Dan "Doormate" intercom panel with Elvox 870 intercom handsets.

CONSTRUCTION:  Academy utilized the new technology recently developed by Lee Dan to incorporate a lighted, self diagnostic, private talk intercom system specifically designed for this doorman building to provide all residents with convenient, easy to use intercom service.  This system allows tenants to talk to the doorman without being overheard.  Streamline Elvox 870 handsets were chosen for apartment installation with this system.

EQUIPMENT USED:  Applecore 3000 series exterior and interior panels and Aiphone 2422 handset style intercom units for apartments.

CONSTRUCTION:  Academy designed and installed special interior vestibule and exterior stainless steel panels with a time delay between the doors to allow for maximum security and ease of use.  All 82 residents received new, handset style, model 2422 intercom units to function with the new panels.
